Aimee Hodges is a certified ICF Professional Coach with over 15 years of experience coaching and empowering leaders. She is passionate about equipping organizations and individuals to build thriving, purpose-driven teams and foster environments where people and purpose align.
Aimee brings extensive leadership experience from her 15 years with The Navigators, where she made significant contributions by launching Leader and Staff Development initiatives, collaborating on diverse teams, and serving as the City Director in Atlanta. She later served as Chief of Staff for Training and Development, refining her expertise in organizational strategy, team care, and leadership development.
With credentials that include ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), MBTI certification, and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership, Aimee has a deep understanding of the complexities of leadership dynamics. She excels at helping leaders navigate the challenges of diversity within their teams, fostering collaboration, unity, and sustainable growth. As the founder of Hodges Leadership Coaching, Aimee empowers leaders to lead boldly and compassionately, equipping them to face challenges with both strength and grace.
Aimee’s approach is grounded in her commitment to helping organizations and leaders flourish by focusing on authenticity, courage, and purpose-driven leadership. Originally from Colorado, Aimee recently returned to her home state after a decade in Atlanta. She enjoys the balance between the energy of city life and the tranquility of the mountains, spending her free time camping, hiking, and hunting in Colorado’s scenic landscapes. Aimee also loves exploring new cultures through travel and treasures quality time with her family.
